Kate Woodward Young, M.Ed., PCC
Kate is an author, keynote speaker, decision support coach, and former SBA Business Analyst with more than 30 years of experience across early childhood education, business, leadership, and organizational development.
She has helped prepare more than 4,500 early childhood directors and is the co-author of 11 books.
As host of Childcare Conversations, Kate leads conversations about leadership, staffing, enrollment, finances, systems, growth, and the decisions that shape stronger organizations.
Carrie Casey, MBA
Carrie has been part of Childcare Conversations from the beginning and has co-hosted hundreds of conversations alongside Kate.
Her experience in early childhood leadership, business, and professional development helped shape the practical, conversational approach that continues to define the platform.
Carrie remains co-founder of Childcare Conversations and joins Kate for select conversations.
